If you have a complaint about the surgery or the services we offer, please do let us know.

You can contact the Reception Team or Reception Manager to discuss your concern, or if you prefer, leave a note or letter at reception.

If your complaint requires input from the Practice Manager, you will be asked to submit it in writing and provide a brief explanation of the issue. This helps ensure we have all the necessary information to investigate thoroughly and respond appropriately.
