The Hamilton Practice
Keats House Health Centre
We have our own Facebook page at The Hamilton Practice. Why not become a friend so we can keep you up to date on health news and local events.
Please be aware that if you choose to follow us on Facebook then it may be possible for others to identify you as a patient of this practice and you should take this into consideration before deciding whether or not to follow us. Please also note that we cannot offer medical advice on Facebook.
We strongly encourage our staff, patients and visitors to walk, cycle, and use public transport where possible as part of a healthy lifestyle.
The Hamilton Practice is located just off Southern Way, Harlow (take the Tawneys Road exit).
Public Transport information is available from the Traveline website.
Parking in Keats House is severely restricted and is for use by medical staff only. This restriction is for your own safety and to allow freedom of access to doctors, nurses and the emergency services.
There is a large public car park across the road for the surgery.
All facilities are ground floor and are designed for ease of access.
There is a fully equipped toilet for the disabled located at the entrance foyer. If you need assistance to enter the building please ring the bell.
There is an induction hearing loop at reception for patients with hearing aids. Please ask reception if you need it.
The Hamilton Practice is constantly looking at ways of improving its standard of service to patients.
Please let us have your comments both positive and negative by writing to the practice manager, or complete a Friends and Family Test.
Alternatively, we also have a suggestion box in the waiting room. Simply complete a suggestion slip and post it in the box.
We welcome all constructive viewpoints whether positive or negative.
Your comments will help us to maintain our high standard of service.
